Booking, Reschedule & Refund Policy

To ensure fairness for all customers and allow us to properly manage lane availability, each order is permitted one reschedule only. Unfortunately, every reserved lane or facility booking blocks off future opportunities for other customers, and repeated reschedules create scheduling conflicts and limit availability.

Lane Reservations

  • Lane bookings are eligible for a refund only if cancellation notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking is non-refundable.
  • Once a booking has been rescheduled, it becomes non-refundable regardless of notice given.

Team Rentals

  • Team rentals are eligible for a refund only if cancellation notice is provided at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Due to the large amount of facility time blocked off for team rentals, each rental also qualifies for one reschedule only.
  • Once a team rental has been rescheduled, it becomes non-refundable.
  • Unfortunately, team rentals take up extended facility availability that could otherwise be opened to additional teams, lessons, or customers, so we ask that teams carefully plan before booking.

Clinics

  • Clinics are non-refundable unless cancellation notice is provided at least 72 hours in advance.
  • This policy helps ensure our trainers can properly prepare for each clinic and plan accordingly based on the number of registered athletes.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep scheduling fair, organized, and running smoothly for all athletes, teams, and families.

Building Rules

Athlete Protection & Injury Prevention Policy

The safety and well-being of all athletes is a top priority. To help create a safe training environment and reduce the risk of injury, all athletes, parents, and teams are expected to follow the policies below while using the facility, participating in lessons, clinics, or team rentals.

Athlete Responsibility

  • Athletes must warm up and stretch properly before participating in any activity.
  • Athletes are expected to use all equipment safely and only as instructed by trainers or staff.
  • Any athlete experiencing pain, dizziness, illness, or signs of injury must immediately notify a coach, trainer, or staff member.
  • Athletes should remain aware of their surroundings at all times, especially during hitting, pitching, or throwing activities.

Facility Safety

  • No horseplay, roughhousing, or unsafe behavior will be tolerated inside or outside the facility.
  • Only authorized participants are allowed inside training areas, cages, or lane spaces during scheduled sessions.
  • Equipment must be returned properly after use to help prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Walkways, entrances, and exits must remain clear at all times.

Protective Equipment

  • Appropriate athletic attire and footwear must be worn during all training sessions.
  • Helmets are strongly encouraged during hitting activities and must be worn whenever required by staff or instructors.
  • Catchers must wear full protective gear during catching or bullpen work.

Parent & Team Cooperation

  • Parents, coaches, and teams are expected to support all safety guidelines and help reinforce proper athlete behavior.
  • Athletes may be removed from a session, clinic, or rental if unsafe conduct continues after a warning.

Injury & Medical Acknowledgement

  • Participation in athletic activities carries an inherent risk of injury.
  • By participating in lessons, clinics, rentals, or training activities, athletes and parents acknowledge these risks and agree to participate responsibly.
  • Any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions that may affect participation should be communicated prior to training sessions.

Our goal is to provide a positive, competitive, and safe environment where athletes can continue to develop while minimizing unnecessary risk of injury.
