Refund policy
Booking, Reschedule & Refund Policy
To ensure fairness for all customers and allow us to properly manage lane availability, each order is permitted one reschedule only. Unfortunately, every reserved lane or facility booking blocks off future opportunities for other customers, and repeated reschedules create scheduling conflicts and limit availability.
Lane Reservations
- Lane bookings are eligible for a refund only if cancellation notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
- Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking is non-refundable.
- Once a booking has been rescheduled, it becomes non-refundable regardless of notice given.
Team Rentals
- Team rentals are eligible for a refund only if cancellation notice is provided at least 72 hours in advance.
- Due to the large amount of facility time blocked off for team rentals, each rental also qualifies for one reschedule only.
- Once a team rental has been rescheduled, it becomes non-refundable.
- Unfortunately, team rentals take up extended facility availability that could otherwise be opened to additional teams, lessons, or customers, so we ask that teams carefully plan before booking.
Clinics
- Clinics are non-refundable unless cancellation notice is provided at least 72 hours in advance.
- This policy helps ensure our trainers can properly prepare for each clinic and plan accordingly based on the number of registered athletes.
